Coupon Mom Vs. Grocery Game
@ 1:53 pmI did the Grocery Game and I have visited the Coupon Mom website and out of the two, I prefer the Coupon Mom. Here’s why.
For the Grocery Game: I signed up for the 28 day/ $1 Trial, I then got instructions on what all the colors meant, blue, red and black, as to when to use the coupons and I also got to pick 1 store than I wanted the coupon info on. I had three I would have liked, but that was more money.
I didn’t get emails in my inbox for when they were updated, I needed to sign in and check at the site, and unfortunately I couldn’t sign in from work as the sign in process would error out each time.
For Coupon Mom: I sign in with an email address and password as well. I have access to the three stores I like to check for coupon deals, I have had no trouble at work or home signing in and I can organize each stores list of coupons by discount or sale price, etc.
I don’t get emails from this site either, but I can sign in when and where I need to. And the site is free!
The Grocery Game
Cons:
Cost Money
Trouble signing in
Only one store for the price, more stores cost more
No email to notify of updates
Have to print the whole 4 page list and can’t select what you want
If I don’t cancel, I will be signed up automatically
Pros:
Has a forum
Has free coupons section
Has a referral option to get free months
The Coupon Mom
Cons:
Thinking…
Pros:
FREE
Have three stores to view coupon list
Can organize the list to my liking
Has free coupon section
Easy printable version
Email alerts by state
For me, overall, Coupon Mom wins because 1) it’s free and 2) I can select more than one store to view coupons for.
What are your thoughts?

I agree! I have been using coupon mom now for a long time and the other day I came across the grocery game. The site also has free printable coupons, but they are the same that you can get at coupon mom, also I want to save money not spend it on a subscription to something that I can get for free at the coupon mom site.

[...] as I need them on scratch paper. And if I need more than one or two coupons on the same item, there are enough sites that allow me to print out 1-2 for each site. That is more than enough to stock or give away to [...]

The Grocery Game is better, because more research goes into the lists. It only costs $1.25 per week, which ends up saving WAY more money and TIME than free sites. You get what you pay for!
