About Marc
Marc Delphine (30) is a Financial Advisor and native of Oregon. He has practiced financial planning for over 7 years and developed expertise in the areas of college planning and small business evolution. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, he quickly applied for his MBA with a focus in Marketing and is currently studying for his Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) designation.
Marc has volunteered for numerous non-profits including local GLBT organizations like the Portland Area Business Association (PABA) which is Oregon’s only GLBT Chamber of Commerce. It is there he created and successfully marketed Biz Builders, a networking group that meets weekly whereby members exchange leads, referrals and testimonials to other fellow members and their associates. Estimates have suggested that Biz Builders has generated over $250,000 in additional business within its 3+ year existence. Furthermore, Marc has served on the board of directors for PABA and was elected Vice President last year. He currently is an active member serving outside of the board.
Marc has also volunteered time for Cascade AIDS Project, Love Makes a Family and SMYRC (Sexual Minority Youth Resource Center), all local charitable organizations designed to help the gay and lesbian communities.
He is currently working on developing Pride Funds, a division of Equality Funds, which is a mutual fund that invests in gay-friendly companies to advocate for progressive management practices. Stay tuned!
